Today, listen to my conversation with one of those people. Alina Cranmer is the Manager of Entertainment Business and Technology at the Walt Disney Company. Her team manages the Garment Utilization system, or GUS, which tracks all of the costumes worn in the parks. That includes everyone from the restaurant worker serving the popcorn to Mickey Mouse himself.
